I honestly can't remember when was my last "normal" period. Its been that long. Last night i had to get up 7 times. Sometimes i cant even go out with my kids because im afraid to have an "accident" tampons dont work for me. I have to use a 10hr night pad and change just about every hour. Anyone similar? What do you do to sleep at least half of the night? How do you do it to go out during your period? Im tired of having to miss out 5 to 7 days each month.
