I really don't know what to do

I had a regular period ever since. So for the last 3 cycles my period skipped from 27days to 32 days. This month I didnt get my period. It has extended from 32 days 38 days. I have on and off mild cramping, boob's are sore nipples are sensitive to touch cervical mucus is creamy sometimes watery sometimes dry. Kindly help a sister in need. Thanks
