I will still be sad when AF shows up
Even though I know she’s coming, I will still be so disappointed. It’s our third cycle trying but we’ve actually only been trying for 2.5 months (25 day cycles). I just need to step back and stop tracking, stop symptom spotting, stop my compulsive peeing on sticks (although this time I was able to wait until 8 DPO). I feel addicted to TTC. I don’t know how to stop.
I did make a list of things I’ll do when AF is here: sushi, tattoo, teeth whitening, sky diving (lol kidding)... I’m looking forward to those things!
I’m thinking I should delete all my tracking apps, but I know in a moment of obsession I will just get them back.
Maybe I should take up knitting to distract myself...
