Blood pressure high?

My due dates tomorrow and I was just at Walmart and decided to check my blood pressure with their machine, it came out 124/90 is that bad? Is it high enough that I should head to the hospital?

I believe I was told high as in preeclampsia realm was 140/90 for two readings four hours apart. I was worried because I had a headache and bp of 138 but it went down before the next reading so all was well my bp has been generally higher in the third trimester too.

No that's ok. Well for me anyway...If the bottom number goes over 100 you should go. I would go again tomorrow and monitor it because it night be slowly creeping up, then you should let your doctor know.
