So today, me and my fiance had sex and he came inside of me. I was on Loestrin the first 2 months of being on birth control and then I had my doctor switch me to Quasense since my periods were getting too intense for me to handle. So I wanted as little periods as possible.

I just started the Quasense today. And I'm worried I didn't wait long enough for the Quasense to kick in. I'm unsure how switching birth control works, I'm kinda new to birth control, I had my son 9 months ago and decided it was time.

(We should've totally used other protection but ya know, caught up in the moment)

So since I switched today, but had unprotected sex, am I still safe??
