No longer taking bottle!? Only breast...

My baby is 7 weeks old. First 5-6 weeks she was breastfeeding and taking bottle (pumped breast milk) as a supplement. My milk came in and we went less and less on bottle. My husband used to feed her the bottle still a few times a day. And then he went out of town for work for 2 days! And now she's refusing the bottle! Any tips on how to get her to take bottle again? I'm scared cause I don't get any break and I'm going back to work in 2 weeks...

I'm trying different nipples, I'm out of the room and out of sight, what else?
