Raise my sex drive?

How can I give myself a higher sex drive? I rarely have sex with my boyfriend because of it and it’s starting to get to him. I want to have sex with him more, but I physically don’t want to have sex. Any tips?

Are you on hormonal birth control, antidepressants or any other medication? A lot of medication can really affect your sex drive so worth taking a look at. 
Also make sure you’re eating a healthy diet with lots of fruit and vegetables and drinking plenty of water. Try keep processed foods to a minimum, as they most definitely affect your mood and give your body a lot more work to do (lots of chemicals, sugar etc), which can flow on to affect your libido.  
Lastly - exercise! Even just walking 20-30 minutes each day is enough to significantly improve your mood, and has also been shown to increase libido, so make sure you’re getting light-moderate exercise too :)
