Normal?

28 weeks pregnant and I’m having period like cramps and lower back pain. It’s not excruciating or anything but it’s not great. Is this normal at this point?

Drink a bunch of water! Sometimes when dehydrated, can get cramps.

I had something really similar the other day and I put it down to round ligament stretching, everywhere online said it shouldn’t hurt or last long, mine lasted all day and was quite uncomfortable and sore. I wasn’t worried since I could feel baby move, I’d recommend getting lots of rest and placing a hot water bottle where it hurts (I’ve heard lots of people say no to hot water bottles but I used it for my back and abdomen for short periods of time and again everything is fine)

Yes it can be very normal for some depending on if the uterus is stretching or nerves are being pressed. Some days I get it then usually it passes for a few, so I'm assuming it happens on the days my uterus is stretching a lot.

The shouldn’t be that painful, more uncomfortable. I would drink some fluids and lay on my side to see if that helps if not talk to your doctor

Sounds like braxtons but if you lose plug, waters break or they don’t stop after an hour check with your dr x
