I’m scared

So I’m guessing I was fertile on the 8th and I didn’t know it and had sex and the guy is pretty sure he didn’t cum in me....but I’ve been having lower back pain and I’ve had the worst headache after work today and I’m just scared. My period is supposed to be soon but can someone calm my nerves down
