I swore I wouldn’t symptom stop but all I want for Christmas is a my first ever positive test.

On Friday I got my peak and I think I ovulated a couple of hours after as I had pain in my right side and in the morning this had disappeared. Yesterday I woke up with what I thought was the start of a sore throat and woke up this morning to find that I had gone and I no longer have the sore throat but it did t develop into a cold or anything like it usually does. Could this be my symptom that we actually fertilised the egg this time?? Has anyone had anything like this before and did get a BFP??
