What are safe birth control options while breastfeeding? I’m going to the doctor as soon as I can but I want to know my options beforehand

I don’t think I would be comfortable getting any iud, I’m not against them just uncomfortable with the idea of having one myself

I got the Mirena IUD and haven't had any discomfort or problems with my supply. It's nice that I don't have to remember to do anything.
