I'm confused

Please tell me you see the line? . . I got a faint line about 3 days ago and now the rest are negative. I aam drinking a tonof water and am 10dpo . . . so i wandered if it was diluting my urine. I still have nausea and darkened nipples. Anyways, this was the test that came up positive. Waiting for blood work results today.
