Healthy Smoothies

So I found this kinda chart thing on Pinterest for smoothie recipes, you pick one green on the top, and then two fruit/veggies, and then one liquid, and a cup of ice at the end. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the healthiest options in the chart, or their own recipes. I understand fruits have a lot of natural sugars in them and don’t know if using certain ones would kinda take away the healthy factor.
