I’m wondering if it’s possible to have a period and be pregnant?

I’m 8 months pp and I’m only nursing at night now. I had a period in May and June then did not get another one until October. Since October I’ve got my period on time. My last period was 11/14/18. Lasted a week and then 4 days later I had spotting for a day. Now I’m almost a week late..wondering if I should wait or test?
