IUD removed

Ok I just want to know how many people have been TTC after an IUD removal. I have been trying sense July! I got it removed in late April. I’ve heard people getting pregnant right away... not this girl. I heard it can take months. I’m so impatient!!! What can I do to boost my fertility??? I was hoping this would be our month but I’m pmsing. Start in 7 days I think... I’m starting to loose hope. I pray every night. I need some thoughts please..
