So this time last year I had a miscarriage and lost my first baby. I just found out I'm pregnant again. After a year of trying it finally happened the same month I lost my first last year.

I'm so stressed and scared I will loose this one too. I have a chronic illness, a bleeding disorder and I'm not sure how being pregnant will be with it. Every time I go pre I get so scared I'll see blood. Even though I'm trying to stay positive. How did you deal with emotions after you had a miscarriage and got pregnant again.
