Marginal placenta cord insertion? Huh?

I just got my 20 week unltrasound results back and it says I have marginal placenta cord insertion measuring 1.8cm from the placental edge.  
Has anyone had this diagnosis or know what it means? Allina is horrible they don’t explain anything.

Hi, 
Can you give an update on the Marginal placenta cord insertion? I was told that I have that a few days ago I'm 20 +5 weeks. I'm kinda freaking out the doctor didn't say much, she just said we will need to do another ultrasound at 28 weeks to see how the baby is growing. Of course I came home and googled it and freaked myself out a bit. I would love to know how you and your baby are doing.
