My period has always been normal, in the past year I’ve had two surgeries, two miscarriages and a positive endometriosis diagnosis. I was told that my husband and I could try again after my first normal period after my last surgery (laparoscopy and minor D&C) my period came right on time. This cycle , we have tried to get pregnant, having my doctors watch my cycle closely and was even put on letrozole (similar to Clomid) they confirmed thru blood and intrauterine ultrasound that I did ovulate and on both my left and right side. I was due for my period this past Saturday, I have yet to receive it or feel like I will I have also had negative urine tests and now a negative blood test today. The doctors said if I don’t have my period by Wednesday to retest...anyone have an experience like this? Through my 2 past pregnancies I was able to get a positive pregnancy test by now.
