Im trying to get pregnant but have negative tests but I have been having back pain and nausea every time I eat anything, and my period was different from all the others!

The symptoms are a good sign that your progesterone is elevated. I get these too though and have not had the joy of a bfp in the 13 mo ttc. I test the day before projected af now to try not to get my hopes up.

You’re probably testing to early. And pms symptoms are similar to pregnancy symptoms
