I was tested a few weeks ago for Cholestasis due to itchy palms and it came back negative. I had a day or two where the itching went away but it ended up coming back last week even worse. I got blood drawn again and got the call from my doctor that my bile acid levels have risen and I now have been diagnosed with Cholestasis. I am already scheduled for induction Wednesday due to kidney issues so the only thing my OB did was prescribe me medicine to lower my levels. Now I’m terrified of baby coming out with problems or passing meconium. Any mommas have some reassuring stories for me because I’m extremely worried. My kidney issues have not impacted the baby at all, just me, so I haven’t had to worry about it until now. This pregnancy has just been one thing after another 😞
