Lower abdomen has pain that comes and goes

I’m still waiting for AF. Tried a hpt 8dpo and had faint lines but could even be evap lines. But I think I read the results within the specified time and saw the faint lines. Idk. Tried a hpt again on 13dpo, an even fainter line appeared. Could it just be another evap line? Back and lower ab hurts every now and then and I’ve been feeling hot (also comes and goes) plus nauseous almost every morning but no vomiting. PMS maybe? Bleurgh!
