Haven’t told anyone

I’m due July 2019, I already have a child she was born in July too lol. Her birthday is the same week I’m due, but I’m 11 weeks and haven’t told ANYONE only my boyfriend knows.. I’m scared to tell people because I’m 19 this is my second baby, but 4th pregnancy. I’ve had 2 miscarriages this year.. Baby is doing really good baby’s heartbeat is 153, no problems with the baby either. I think I’m scared to tell his family because I don’t want judgment from them. I’m not telling my family at all my mom and dad abandoned me at 14 years old, my dad told me it’s a mistake having a baby so young, then my sister wished me and my daughter would die when I was in preterm labor. They don’t even see me or anything. I don’t need the stress honestly they stressed me out and I kept having preterm labor.
