It’s dry scalp. Actual dandruff looks way nastier. Nits (lice eggs) also tend to be right behind your ears and by your nape where the light won’t hit as much. And you’ll see them at the roots and they’ll look like little bulbs. This looks like dry scalp and what I do for my dry scalp is oil treatments once a week and I avoid washing my hair daily.

It could be product build up honestly what kind of shampoo and conditioner do you use? Do you use any leave ins? Hairspray? If so go buy the ion dandruff shampoo and that should help

Lice eggs will stick to the hair,  try to pull it off the hair. The eggs will have some resistance when pulling it off the hair, if the spots move by wiping or blowing on the hair then its dandruff

It’s dandruff cuz I thought I had nits too, but it’s just dandruff use head n shoulders and make sure to wash and brush ur hair often and the white and itch will go away
