Costochondritis? Early pregnancy symptom?

My sternum is randomly sore, and after doing a google search, I read about costochondritis.. has anyone had this before and gotten a BFP? It almost coincides with achy breasts, but it’s definitely sore on it’s own.

I’ve never had this with any period. Any insight?
