So my husband has a female friend from high school that has recently decided to come back into his life. Long story short she hates me because she was dating a man that I knew was married and had beaten his ex wife and I informed her of his past and she chose not to believe me that he had even been married until another mutual friend told her I wasn't lying to her many months later. Now with all of that being said I trust my husband and he can have whatever friends he wants but she has been trying to invite him out for drinks with the old crew and not to bring "the wife". He has told me all of this and is very honest. Would it be wrong of me to tell him to cut ties with her? They were great friends for a long time and never any romantic involvement but I feel now that she has some weird attentions for him and has been messaging him a lot here in the last month. Once again I trust him and know he wouldn't do anything inappropriate but I don't want him getting hurt by her putting him in an awkward situation..
