Period cramps and light brown spotting

So I’ve been having period level cramps and light brown spotting for 2-3 days now but no red blood or flow. I don’t wanna waste my last FRER if y’all think my AF is coming. 2 days ago I was severely nauseated but this feels like my period just no blood yet which is out of the norm for me. Did anyone have this and they were pregnant? Or am I out
