I’m taking 10 mgs letrozole this month. Today I’m CD 7 and I’m cramping bad. It’s like a constant ache on my right side (by ovary) and all across my lower back. It goes through waves where it’s getting worse. This is my first month with 10mgs. I was wondering if you ladies think this is normal follicle growth or should I call my RE? Im schedule to go in for an ovulation check on Friday!
