Baby with a cold.

My 3 almost 4 month old has a cold ): her nose is the main issue.... it’s so so stuffy and has been running this morning. She doesn’t seem to want to eat a lot, won’t nap and keeps choking on the mucus at the back of her throat and gagging. She screams bloody murder when I try to clear it out and won’t calm down for 20 minuets after wards so I absolutely hate doing it. I don’t know what to do ): Any tips??? She has a humidifier in her room and has since she was born. I gave Tylenol Incase her throat hurts but she has no fever at all. Even though her eating slowed a little diapers are still wet every 2 hours. The main thing that bugs me is the gagging on the mucus and choking on it. It scares me when I see her do it. So any tips for that is what I’m looking for. I use saline drops and the nose frida to clear it maybe every 3 hours.
