Zero sperm after TESE
Has anyone resulted in zero sperm after a TESE? We got the sad news today. Nothing. Zero. Hubby usually has about 2-6 sperm in the ejaculate so even the doctor was dumbfounded that there was nothing from the TESE.
We don’t even know where to go from here.
Now my sweet hubby is both sore and heartbroken. With so many road blocks, sometimes I question if we are even meant to be parents at all. Prayers and advice welcomed 🙏🏼
