Air in frozen milk bags

Hi ladies...

I’ve been freezing milk in Medela freezer bags and haven’t been squeezing out the air (FTM... just didn’t really know 😥). So... the all have been frozen with air and some have ice crystals in them. Are these still okay to use or do I have to toss them? I’m hoping they’re okay 🤞🏻
