I’m confused with my emotions

So my cat died like 20 minutes ago, I have had her since I was born. But I am not that sad. Mind you, I am a really emotional person though so it’s out of my character to not cry when my cat died. Do you think it’s because I’m super stressed and it hasn’t hit me yet?
