Pregnant so they done the vaginal scan but can’t see the baby inside me or anything . They said my bowel is covering my right ovary , however my stomach linen is thickening preparing for pregnancy. I have a follow up appointment on the 28th . The nurse told me I could be having a ectopic pregnancy. I just need advice my partner is being so supportive but I’m 20 and scared . Is it normal to have a scan and not see anything? I’m nearly 5 weeks pregnant ??
