Old Names

My son was born in October and the name we chose for him is Wilhelm.

My boyfriend is German and Latvian and my grandfather (my sons great-grandfather) is William. So it just fit so perfectly ❤️ (not to mention we found out how many ancestors on my boyfriends side were actually named Wilhelm!)

I love his name so much and I get a huge satisfaction out of the reactions I get from people when I say his name, they definitely don't expect it!

So it made me curious to see If anyone else here had the same name as my son or at least what names you have chosen that are "old names"

We're planning on having another one in about 2 years and I hope it's a girl! (Of course it wouldn't matter!) We'll be naming her Genevieve! It's not that old but it's such a classic 😍 (I also really liked Margaery and Olive).

So, any other little Wilhelm's here!?
