I’ve read technically you only have to wait 4 weeks to allow your cervix to close back up and that doctors tell you 6 weeks to be on the safe side.

I’m wondering where the 3+ months option is...after my son, I was just so uncomfortable with my body and miserable from my c-section for so long that I had zero interest in sex. This time, I had a VBAC, but I’m slightly terrified of my vagina so I’m not sure I’ll be ready any time soon.

I selected 6 weeks but I believe it was more like 8 weeks with my first. I was terrified of the pain and did not enjoy it for many weeks after. It was probably because of the stitches but either way, i would NOT go under 6 weeks. Ever
