Membrane sweep
I had a membrane sweep yesterday at 38+3. It took me from 1 cm to 2 cm. I have had cramping, spotting and lost pieces of mucus plug. It’s been 28 hours and I’m still having cramping, is this a good sign or just still from the sweep?
