No period? On birth control?

I’ve been taking birth control for about 3 months maybe 4 and I’ve been very consistent. A few days ago I missed my pill by two almost 3 hours. I took it as soon as I realized and have been taking it on time ever since. I just finished all of my placebo pills (I think that’s what they’re called) but haven’t got my period. I took a test the day I was supposed to get it and it was negative. I honestly don’t think I’m pregnant. I haven’t had sex since I was late on the pill any ways. I have no symptoms of pregnancy or period so idk did I just miss it this month? Should I take another test?
