Patch and possible pregnancy

So I take the birth control patch and had sex the day before my period and have been on it for almost two weeks but this week I'm on my patch and I've been having morning sickness but I don't ever throw up like I'm not the type to throw up ever. But my body have been so tender and my stomach feels weird as heck. And my sister thinks I might be pregnant and if I am I could kill the baby with my birth control so help ASAP
