Is anyone waking up at 4am , 5 am?

I am 5 weeks and since I knew I am pregnant I am waking up early to pee and then cannot get back to sleep..

Yep!! But I’ve been falling asleep on the couch around 8pm every night. I’m going to try to just stay up and maybe exercise instead of tossing and turning and overthinking everything. 5wks1day

I wake up at 4:30-5 and usually stay awake, my alarm is set for 6, very annoying

Yep. I’m also falling asleep a little earlier from fatigue, so I figure it’s my internal clock not letting me sleep and extra time 🙄

Sounds like me! I pee like 2-3 times throughout the night and around 5am, I can’t go back to sleep. 😩
