Morning after pill spotting or implantation bleeding

So I had sex about 5/6 days ago with a condom and noticed some white fluid on my partner and immediately stopped intercourse. We were unsure whether it came from him or me but I went to the pharmacy and I took the morning after pill around 2 hours after I noticed the fluid. That was the 14th and now it's the 19th I have started noticing some darker discharge and have been wearing panty liners as there appears to be a reddish brown sticky discharge in quite small quantities. It is light when I wipe but dark on the liner as it builds up. The sex in question occurred around 3 days after the end of my last period and I was wondering if this a normal side effect of the morning after pill (levonorgestrel)? Im quite inexperienced and I absolutely cannot have a baby right now so would appreciate some comforting words and advice!
