Withdrawal from progesterone?

I’m finally 12 weeks after my 6th IVF transfer and was given the all clear to stop progesterone - YAYYYY!! However, I’ve noticed a huge drop in my mood since yesterday when I stopped. We had a normal nuchal translucency and I should have been cheering - instead I got even MORE worried about announcing. And last night I had nightmares and sad dreams and I woke up sobbing. Anyone have these mood reactions after stopping progesterone?

What your feeling is completely normal.  I don’t think its withdrawals from progesterone.  If you don’t feel comfortable revealing that your pregnant, keep it between you and your partner.  At this stage in your pregnancy, your partner is the only one that matters anyway. XXX

I did experience a little withdrawal I guess I could say... your body doesn't need it anyway so it probably was just extra hormones for a couple of weeks anyway. Give yourself a couple of days. Enjoy the announcing when you are ready!
