Throwing up and peeing 😢
Last night was miserable. I woke up with acid reflex, which led to me throwing up some, then coughing and peeing my pants some. So frustrating!!! Then I woke up with some sore lower muscles that felt like I had period cramps all night. Anyone else feel this??
