First cycle temping and I’m so confused and overwhelmed thinking that maybe I don’t ovulate? I got a positive opk on cd 13 and 14 and today I have a negative opk but I haven’t had a dip or spike in temp to indicate ovulation 😞 can someone just explain and help me understand
