39+1 appointment

So last Tuesday I went in was 25% effaced and 1cm baby was at station 3, this morning I went in and soon as the doctor felt my cervix her facial expression said it all. I am 85/90% effaced and very thin she said and at 3cm and babygirls head is barely maybe an inch in there still. Needless to say she told me I might be back tonight or tmrw but definitely she believes babygirl should be here come Saturday at the latest. She also told me as soon as I start feeling any pressure changes/contractions I need to come right in as she believes it's only gonna take 3 maybe 4 pushes before baby is here and I need penicillin antibiotics asap (supposed to get 4 hrs worth) and my epidural. So here we are just waiting meanwhile now I'm scared to go poop getting that push feeling trying to 🤦
