39 + 6 membrane sweep??

How successful was the cervical (membrane) sweep for you ladies? I will be 40 weeks tomorrow and I am about to get my membranes swept now. How successful was this for you?

So far it has not worked i got it done on Tuesday afternoon its now thursdsy morning and ive had cranks BH lots of mucus and lost my plug but hasn't turned into labour im honestly feeling defeated but i think they say give it a 3 day window to work so who knows... i was 2-3cm dialated thinned out and cervix was sort at 1cm and it didn't hurt at all for me

My due date was 12/20. Had my membranes swept the 17th and had my baby yesterday morning (18th).  I made sure I stayed decently active throughout the day and we DTD in the afternoon... Labor started late that afternoon!

Had one at 39 weeks (Monday) and it didn't work... Hoping to get one tomorrow as well and praying it works

I had 2, I don’t think either worked tbh. Just brought a few pains but they didn’t progress into contractions. I had my little boy at 40+4, after losing lots of mucus plug for 2 days.
