For anyone that's tried midwives brew, does it really put you into labor?

Hell to the no 😂 tried it twice 😭 I’m starting to think the castor oil sold today is different from the one our grandparents used

i did castor oil and peanut butter and chased it with mango nectar. Also did pressure points .. but i went into labor at 5:41, not very strong contractions.. irregular, after the castor oil few hours later they got stronger .. went to hospital contractions were 2-4 minutes apart . Had a scheduled ce section on 20th, but at 38 w 5 days it was time . Ce section was done at 6:23pm dec. 11th

I took it Sunday around 4 p.m around 6 i big contraction. Then nothing i was like nothing went to sleep feeling good. At 5 ish  in the morning had contractions from 4-5 mins apart at 8ish went to the hospital i was at a 5 cm. By 12ish i was at a 10 cm. Baby was born 12:54
