Maybe a cyst?

So there's this small bump on my face on the left side. It hasn't surfaced so it cant be a pimple. I'm not sure how long but its been there for quite some time now. What should I do about it? I cant see a derm. because I'm 16 and I don't think my mom has one for me. I'm scared I dont want it to turn out to be dangerous...

Probably cystic acne I used to get them a lot. They will go down and then come back because they aren’t being expelled. A lot of ppl recommend ice and I used the Mario bandescu products from ultra he has a acne kit that has a drying solution for cystic acne it helped quite a bit.
