Are these signs of labor?
I’m 40 weeks exactly, first time mom. Since this morning, I’ve had an aching cramp on the left side of my stomach and a bad back ache. Now the cramp has spread to the center of my stomach and I feel nauseous. I’m not sure if they are contractions, it’s just a constant pain.
