So I took 2.5mg femara/letrozole for the first time this cycle day 3-7 and had a vaginal ultrasound on day 12 with no dominate follicles so my doctor put me on 5mg on day 14-8(day3-7-redoing cycle before new period) and had another ultrasound today... I have a dominate follicle Finally!! Measuring 1.8, 2 she said was ideal but we did the ultrasound a couple days early this time. I’m likely to ovulate this cycle!
