Could he be teething??

I made a previous post a few days ago about him drooling, my baby will be 10 weeks on Thursday, the past 3 days he’s been putting his hands in his mouth and sucking/gnawing on them.

Then today he’s starting to choke and gag while on his back. I’m starting to wonder if that’s him choking on his saliva.

I made an appointment with our pediatrician for Friday but until then I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this with their baby?

I’m finding it hard to believe he is teething this early but that’s because I’m probably in denial that this could be happening already 😩
