Bloody show after membrane sweep??

So I’m 37+4 today and at my appointment yesterday my Obgyn did a stretch and sweep on me (around 4:30pm) I’ve had a ton

of cramping, light spotting and some irregular contractions. Decided to get some rest but woke up about 4 am to pee and noticed this when I wiped. Is this my bloody show/plug? I thought I already lost my plug so I’m confused. Contractions are building in intensity but I’m worried that this is just because of the sweep and not because I’m in labor 😩 any ideas? Any STM have any advice/ relatable experience?
